If you're talking about the media bin lighting then no. Depending on the year your truck is, you may just have to cut a small hole in the plastic (super easy).

Yeah thats crazy that the STX doesnt come with push start and ambient lighting! Seems like ford is quietly going backwards in features ever since the chip shortage.

Yeah I wouldnt be able to help you there, but there are lots of guys on here that are WAY more knowledgable than myself. @JHForman812 would probably know, he's kinda the resident wizard around here but I believe he works graveyards so might be a minute before he could chime in.

CA is a whole wiring harness (not sure where or for what) the two that end with C are for media box light, and the one that starts with HC3Z is for rings that go into a lighted cupholder(no lights, just the clear rings).

Yeah I thought about it, but mines broken in like 3 places and theres some missing fragments so the pieces don't fit together unfortunately. And of course it was the one ford discontinued, so i stole the part off another door that parts are available for. They’re going to give it to me at invoice.

Does anybody know if the white light bar for door ambient lighting can be ordered by itself. One I ordered arrived broken, didn’t notice til after I already opened it up. Hopefully they will take care of it, but trying to plan for if they don't. Thanks!

Also, you will need to buy 4 fasteners for each door for the door ambient lights. These are what I used. Closest to stock I could find at my local hardware store. I had planned to cut off the self tapping ends, but they worked perfect as is. ****edited to add 4 fasteners, not 3****

Anybody looking to do the door ambient lighting in NON color change be aware, I have been told by 3 vendors who tried to order ML3Z-14A318-G that it has been discontinued by ford! I ended up finding a place that had it in stock luckily, so if you plan to do it, don't wait to get parts.
