In NC. This was done at a major dealer with numerous locations in NC. They contacted him for a recall and he went in to address the recall and they did this "test". I wish he would have called me before... This would indicate they are doing this in USA.

My dad took his 21 2.7 in for the recall today and they set it to run at 4,000rpm for an hour sitting in the parking lot in 95+ degree heat. He says it stinks of "hot/burning electronics" inside now and that it shakes pretty violently at idle. I'm pretty pissed about it finding out afterwards...
