Core charge refund for me was super easy. I bought mine in the store though and just took the receipt back and they credited my card without a problem. They only charge $12 though for the core. I've heard others say their store tried to give them a gift card back.
Is it dripping onto the ground or just weeping and looks wet? If a weep they won't do anything, until it drips. My 2022 was dripping all this summer and they changed the seal twice and then replaced the pinion gear and bearings because it was then whining around 40mph. Has been fine since.
I have a 2021 Explorer with the Active X. In four years of just normal in and out of the drivers seat the top edge is split and cracking. I can imagine with yours it will crease very quickly and crack. They are glorified vinyl seats. Not impressed with them.
I have the plastic drop in bedliner and instead of a full bed mat I did a small mat that is made for the cargo area of an SUV to have something at the end so I can put items on it and them not slide around and then I can still put larger items behind it and slide them easily. My tri fold hard...
Had mine cut off years and years ago from a Grand Am that I still have today. Filed an insurance claim for mine since it was going to be like $1,000 and it was under comprehensive so $100 deductible for me. Had emmissions inspection where I lived so they cautioned me about used or aftermarket...
Picked mine back up, they replaced the gear set, pinion and bearings all chewed up. Replaced the cover too and all the noise went away. Now just on the lookout for leaks. Here is what they did and saw.
Definitely the Spigen matte screen protector. Mine is used and had two small spots previous owner must have splashed something on the screen and was horrible in the sunlight. With the screen protector you can't even see it.
I drop mine off next week and I guess we'll see what happens. Twice I asked for the parts list of what was ordered and they just say it will be listed out in the work order. Whatever, it's free so just fix it and I'll be happy. For what it's worth mine hasn't been leaking now, just noisy.
Took mine back to the dealer yesterday for the noise that happens at certain speeds. They are ordering all new internal gears for the rear diff and the advisor thinks new assembly as well, he just said new pumpkin. Can that be replaced and the existing axle tubes pressed back into it? Will...
I think you being in FL is the problem because it's one of those states with the weird warranty purchasing issue. Someone else from FL will need to chime in if there is a way around that.
I paid $2,295 which took it to 10 years, 125k miles from in service date in Jan 2022 and that's the $100...
I mean it's just like other services that allow you to either pay in full or in payments. Pay in full and it's done, need to make payments the company is going to charge something for their efforts. Like insurance, pay in full and it's cheaper but pay monthly, quarterly, or semiannually there is...
My '22 had about 36,500 on it and was a CPO Gold and within the limits to still get new vehicle pricing, just barely by a few months. I paid much less than that with Granger to take it to 10 years 125,000 miles from in service date. No complaints about them at all.
2022 XLT with the 400w inverter. Orange lights are on next to the plugs when I start the truck and they stays on with nothing plugged in. Plug in a phone charger and it charges no problem. Plug in my Microsoft Surface laptop, not powerful at all, the light stays on for a few seconds and then...
Picked mine up today too and exact same repair, seal, oil, flange, nut. They said the old flange had some grooves in it. No damage to mine though, sorry about that and good on you for checking. Mine still has a hum or drone around 40mph. Last time it took two weeks for it to start leaking again...
I don't see sun or moon roof listed under anything that's covered. Other posts online talk about the motors and mechanicals being covered, but seals and gaskets for it were not :(
Today mine is at the dealer because the pinion seal is leaking again and they are going to replace the seal along with the flange. We'll see what happens. They changed the seal July 7th and since then I've felt a slight vibration, especially around 40mph. I asked if a new flange would fix the...
