Thanks Ivanberr2003 for your reply. I actually swapped out the OCS module and tried to reset the airbag code but it didn't work, then I wondered if I had to also do the seat belt and your response came in. I would not have thought that the warning light would go away so thanks for the heads...

In addition to my previous post - this is a 10 way power seat - no memory. I disconnected the battery and ran my scan tool which picked up airbag code which I erased. This made the airbag warning light go away for about 10 seconds then it came back on. I hope I do not have to rewire the seat...
