I installed the illuminated visor in my XLT and have the same issue. I would really like to see them fit snug to the headliner like my originals. I'll be watching to see if someone figures it out.

I agree. It certainly seems that way. And don’t get me started on how much Ford wants for a connector. Sometimes more than $200 for a molded piece of plastic. Makes me wonder how profitable a black market for automotive connectors would be.

I had the mildew smell. I put in a HEPA filter but it was still there. I used Frigi-fresh https://www.amazon.com/BG-Frigi-Fresh-5-5-oz-156g/dp/B0777TWFG5 Smell was drastically reduced. Applied a second time and it was gone.

For my ‘22 XLT I replaced the bed outlet and it started working. Part cost $72.34 with shipping.

Mine didn't work even at night, or with headlights on. However, replacing the bed outlet made my 400 Watt system work. Please note that mine is not Pro Power.
