The TX dealership Service Rep actually had a "technical suggestion". They said that it may be the electronic module in the shifter. It's a center console shifter. They said that since all the electronics "talk to each other", if one goes, then it's like a domino effect.
I contacted the actual dealer (in TX) that we bought it from. They were more helpful and suggested I open a case with Ford so that it would be documented.
Back in February, we purchased a brand new 2024 F150 Lariat Crew Cab, fully loaded with a 5.0L V8. It originally had 26 miles during delivery. We bought it online and had it shipped to us in Alabama. The sales rep was nice, the finance department was nice, delivered as expected with no issues...
