Thanks. Dealership did an update on the transmission but it still does it. I'll be taking it back this week.

Does anyone seem to have issues with the transmission downshifting kinda hard and not too smoothly? Dealership said it's normal on the new 10 speed transmission. Thanks

What mileage is recommended to get oil changed? I have the lifetime warranty and don't want to void it by missing my timeline. The dealership says every 5000 miles but nowhere in the manual says a mileage to have it done. Thanks
