I had this same problem. Mine was as simple as the tailgate not getting shut right. I put a tailgate seal on my truck 2024 xlt and I think it is tweaking the tailgate a little bit. I just get out and open and close my tailgate and it is fixed.

Out of my last two f150, one lasted 6 years and was still in the truck when I sold it (120000 miles), and my other one was 7 years old and was still good but I replaced it just to be safe. Only 70000 miles on this one. Both motorcraft batteries.
