I figured it out, the bull bar was actually blocking the ACC sensor, so I moved it higher. No problems now! I my needed to drive a couple days to recalibrate
So my truck came with ACC, but I've had to relocate it after getting an aftermarket bumper. I get that "Collision Assist Unavailable" and cannot use cruise control or ACC. Thought I'd be able to just connect to FORscan and run the calibration procedure. But I cant even find the CCM...thoughts...
All I needed was the 4 pin molded deutch connector. I decided to modify my current harness. 41 dollars each for those diodes ? I also have an assortment of deutch and molex plugs and terminals, also wire for days. I'll be set once they arrive.
@beaver24 - have you had a chance to take a nighttime vid of the headlight operating? Its been cold by me too and going out to take a video lately sounds terrible so I completely understand if not.
So when the DRL is running, say at night with headlights on, does the DRL dim for the turn signal or does it still turn off entirely, or does it get brighter?
I'm going to make my own harness, i already have a couple of these starkey harnesses in use and i don't want to interfere with what they're operating, since they're already tapping DRL, turn, and ground. I'll daisy chain after those harnesses.
