I will definitely keep you posted if I figure anything out. I took it to my local dealer the last time it made the noise just to wait around 2 hours for the service writer to let me know it wasn't possible for the iwe on a 24 xlt to make that noise as I showed him the TSB from Ford that applied...
Dang it, I was hoping Ford pushed an update out that fixed this issue before this winter. I guess when the cold arrives I will see if it shows up again.
I'm sure hopeful Ford figures this out too. My 24 has done it since it had 300 miles on the odometer, but only if I leave my vehicle out of the garage when it's cold out. The dealer here is a joke when I took it in, so hopefully Ford has a mandatory repair or replacement for this issue. Dealer...
I purchased the Ford OEM mat for mine. Lays flat and fit perfectly. I found mine on eBay through Ford Motor Company way cheaper than the dealership could offer.

Mine started doing this same thing at 300 miles. Took it to my dealership and they advised if they can't replicate it, nothing they can do. I handed them the TSB from Ford and they advised my VIN doesn't qualify and that my 2024 has an updated IWE anyways so that likely isn't the issue. Guess I...
