Since you already have the 20" rims and want a 34" tire I'd go with the 275/65/20 SL. It's much lighter than the 295/70/18 E that's also a 34" tire. You have more sidewall with the 295/70/18 but it's also quite a bit stiffer.

I'd swap to 18's and an SL or P tire. If you want to keep the 20's then I agree with @wessermgm.
