Just following up here as it's night now, set my DRLS back to 50%, no flicker, light output appears consistent across all 4 DRL's. Will continue to monitor and will update if anything changes. For reference, lights are in mode 2, truck is in neutral with E brake on to simulate driving conditions.

Good call on attempting this in the dark, I'll try again in a couple of hours here. I've been attempting this for a bit during the day, and obviously it's harder to tell with the sun out. Sometimes I get caught up with making this stuff work that I forget about the simple and obvious things haha.

Definitely gonna keep an eye on this for sure. I tested everything from factory 10% to 50% with no issues, however I feel like that fog light drl is dimmer than the rest. Could just be paranoia, but I'm nitpicky and can't stand anything looking out of place haha.
