If you scan it for codes you will likely see if it’s an issue. I changed the coding in the HVAC module because I got mine used. I don’t know if it is to be honest. I spent a lot of time playing around.
Do you know if there is a way to remove that code? That’s why I originally started this thread haha. It seems like it’s been a great help for others though.
It depends on if the HVAC module is coded or not. You are best to modify both that and the APIM so that they work with each other.
My HVAC coding is attached below. This worked for me.
Sorry for the delay in response. I have one code in the HVAC module. I have it set so both sides display. I thought it looked weird with one displaying and I just leave it on sync.
My truck is at the dealership right now for the same thing. They think they are gonna pull the windshield and reseal it. Not a huge fan of that as I don’t think it is gonna fix the problem. I only noticed it because I was cleaning my windshield. Also my truck was built July of 23.
