    Tag me in. Took three days (after kicking Ford Roadside off a cliff) to get it towed. Currently at the dealer. Thanks for the TSB doc. My dealer said the only time they've seen this was on a newer inventory delivery and never in the field. Its like dealers don't have internet access ;)...

    ...and as far the any build up on the intake ... just have let the turbo live a little once in a while.

  3. KC, Quality is NOT job #1

    Doors not flush or close properly on delivery would have me extremely concerned. I'm working with a massive wind noise drivers side that is so bad above 60 my so won't ride in my 60K truck with 500 miles on it.
