    Check this out around the 20 minute mark. This guy has been investigating this problem. looks like LED get hot and burn the plastic and then the light doesn't pass thru it.

    I have a 21 PB...both the left and the right went out. Got them to replace with extended warranty. FORD said it was the BCM and not the lamp assembly. BCM was covered under the extended warranty. If it would have been the ($1770) lamp assembly, the extended warranty would not cover.

    Interesting all the failures with the LED's in the headlamp assembly reading in these F150 Forums. Mine failed back in November (2021 Powerboost) on the passenger side. Dealer first said it was the headlamp assembly and then the BCM. Didn't get it fixed since it was out of warranty. Now the...
