Mine was built mid August and still had the massaging seats

The update site is very slow. My truck was built for over a week before they ever notified me. I am not holding my breath that Ford will notify me before my dealer. Almost a year now from date of order and it will be a year before I take delivery.

Re-booting the phone has worked every time mine has quit working.

Good luck on that .... Ordered my King Ranch in September and still do not have a production date. I have asked Ford customer service on numerous occasions what, if any, incentives or financing rates will be offered on a year old truck and they have never responded to any of my questions.

I am in the same boat as you with my King Ranch .... Ordered 09/27/2023, and nothing from Ford. Buying a year old truck with zero incentives or financing doesn't make a lot of sense to me. May wait until the truck comes in to decide on canceling or ordering a 2025.

at least you got a build date. Ordered mine in September and nothing since. No change in status every week when the dealer calls
