37 000 km with levelling kit and 34's. That's a part of their reasons with the truck being muddy and too severe damage. I was rocking back and forth yes. Honestly with the amount of occurence of this problem I can't believe they're refusing my claim

Where did you get it fixed ? i'm waiting on pictures of mine but by what they said it's pretty much as bad or worse as your's and the refuse to fix it under warranty. Called ford canada and they said they agree with the dealer after speaking with them. I'm pretty disappointed to say the least...
