Thanks man, I was surprised at the lack of grease on the pins, even finding some light surface rust, but I cleaned it all up and greased them and the retainers. I'm going to have to do the pads, its the only thing I have left.

I have been fighting this same issue. 22 xlt. My brakes were serviced by the dealer last year. I started hearing that creaking and tore all brakes apart and found slide pins had very little grease. I l cleaned everything up and retightened and it seemed alright for a day, but its back! I need to...
