My experience has mirrored jfpetey. Ordered (STX)in February, built in April. No delivery. No information. Stone wall! Chat and Marketing are a waste. My trade has lost value. My faith in Ford is extinguished. I think they crashed the truck.

Do not order a truck from Ford. You will be seriously disappointed with Ford's ability to process your order and enable delivery. My experience.

Order was built 04/22 and is sitting at Cooper's yard with no info and certainly no help from Chat or Marketing. This is really frosting me. Destination charges are for prompt delivery IMHO. Ford should be ashamed of this level of commitment.

I have the same week of, in production and built as you both and got an email stating that they were working to see that my new vehicle reaches me at the earliest opportunity. Then nothing after that including changes to the status page. We will see, I guess, but keep this thread updated, ok...

I like the two-tone grille on the STX much better than the '23. Pays homage to the mid 90's trucks and doesn't demand attention. I think it's both understated and unified with the body. The headlight bezels really optimize the look.
