This is the same thing I said to @rugedraw He shows that I didn't receive the OTA update but I am experiencing the exact same issue. I used to stay on 13 and now I'm at around 20-25.

The amount of money I spent on this vehicle to have the problems it has is pretty astounding. 2022 Platinum BAP Powerboost here with the same low volume issues now. Had it max volume while driving and I still would have liked it to be louder.
