I had the same issue with my 2021 once they fixed it. I traded it in and got a 2024 with zero issues. Turns out it was a cable going to the battery under the floorboards so they had to pull the battery and replace the cable.
I had a similar issue with MY 21 Limited. It took weeks for dealer to solve issue. A wiring harness between battery and frame. They also replaced the battery under the back seat. The one connected to the engine compartment battery.
The reason I went from my 21 limited to the 24 platinum plus was exactly that I desired it more than my limited. What’s different? The heads up display, pro access tailgate and the updated blue Cruise. Those three things were a game changer for me. But I agree. Don’t start with Price start with...
I wanted to give an update since I have replaced my model year 21 Limited with a model year 24 platinum plus. First thing I did in the driveway is plug in the new truck and flip the Generac to test house power. I ran it for a half hour no issues. The Generac powered The PTAC unit in my mother’s...
I had the old one hooked up. I’ll test this one this week
The HUD is the best I’ve seen. One of the reasons I moved away from my 2021 Limited was for HUD and lane change. I’ll try the power on the house this week. The old Ford did just fine. Will see and I’ll keep you posted.
I hope my review and pictures doesn’t get hijacked by a negative post. Please feel free to jump over to the complaint link if you want to weigh in. This is about a MY 24 F150 Platinum Plus that has so far been a great experience.
I was wondering about your situation and also had a question for you? Mine came back with Rotar on the tires but it was from the construction in route and I took it off. Was there anything that happened with the convoy? Also, did you inspect it coming off the truck? Not trying to question I just...
I flew in on Thursday evening. Granger Ford was very accommodating as my flight was rerouted and delayed a little bit. Some observations about Granger Ford because I’ve read the things that people wrote here both good and bad. They were absolutely awesome and met all of my expectations. The...
That’s about right two weeks. Mine was built on the 12th and I’m actually picking up today. The entire route from Dearborn to Granger Ford was actually about 10 days. I’m flying in from out of state thus the delay.
I will speak to Shelby today to finish up everything and try to pick up my truck as soon as I can. Everything here written about Granger Ford is accurate. They have been awesome to work with and no one locally here in Virginia Beach can beat their price anywhere near what Granger did. I’m going...
Ford seems tightlipped on their quality holds. Since my platinum was just delivered, I suspect whatever it was was fixed on the assembly line 1st? I’ve read a lot of rumors but no one has said this is the thing that’s holding up trucks. Having a brick job one 2021 F150 sitting in the dealership...
Only Ford logistics could answer that question. But I do think it has to do with logistics and not who ordered when? The old first in and last out depending on what they can get to and how they shipped those trucks? But at the end of the day I don’t think it matters what model it is if that were...
