I have a similar slight misalignment on one of my doors too. I'm sure it is with in the Ford tolerances but it is noticeable. At least I didn't get a rust bucket.

This was the top complaint on my new truck. Probably intentional as some said but the nickels have improved the spring. I used a 90 degree pick to pull the springs back.

I'm in the same situation. I rely on my 360 cam package to watch the front license plate bracket get within 2 inches of a small wall hanging decoration. I measured to make sure my camper shell would fit but I'm still a little nervous about it. We will see when it ever shows up.

Wish I would have saved the calculator output. The towing guide has what I was after. Trailer weight shows 11,200 and the below package option table. Didn't realize that I was getting a different axle or bumper with the max tow.
