Has anyone had any bad experiences getting an air horn installed? Did it cause any electrical issues? I had one recently installed on my previous car and when I got my F-150, I was thinking about having it installed. Any thoughts?
I saw that video too. I wasn't aware until the damage was done. At first, I thought it was only used for support for the front, more soft rubber spoiler but I recently discovered it is motorized and lowers at speeds 40+mph.
Was definitely in GA but where exactly, I'm not sure. I drove from FL to Blairsville (very top of Georgia) so I pretty much drove thru the entire state.
So, in a previous post, I mentioned I hit a tire on the highway going about 70 mph and it broke the front air dam/valence (P/N ML34-17D997). It was hanging and when I got home, I was able to remove it just behind, inside the front wheel well. This leads me to believe I can install another one. I...
Greetings all and Happy New Year to you all!
I drove my truck about 1,300 miles and was generally pleased. It drove very well and my wife loved it too. A few things I noticed and am wondering if anyone else experienced this is, on a highway in Georgia, the speed limit was a consistent 65 mph...
The biggest thing I didn't like about auto high beams in my wife's car is when I really want to have them on, but they won't come back on because they think they see an oncoming car when it's a street lamp down the road a ways.
OK, now I want to turn it back on to see how they work. My wife’s automatic brights in her car drive me crazy! They disengage because of reflectors off street signs. Then I can’t reengage them unless I turn off the auto.
Ok, that worked! I didn't associate this with high beams. Interesting about it indicating it shapes itself around other cars so it doesn't blind them. That's neat.
That's the video I watched - I don't have the Auto High Beam menu option. I only have
