My dealership service advisor is saying they can only replace the failed side despite me giving them the service bulletin stating both should be replaced. Tried to push back and they basically just ignored me. :rolleyes:

At first I had the same thought about the broken part not being all that deep but it’s a fat washer. In the previously posted photo the bolt is still in the washer and looks similar to mine when I put it back through the washer (ie not much bolt beyond that)
