FYI, the 10R80 transmission in these trucks is terrible and is known for harsh up and down shifts along with clunking noises. Ford refuses to address the issue

Recently, while using the steering wheel controls to move up or down radio sources, the radio frequency doesn't appear on the display. The problem has been happening intermittently for the past two weeks. Has anyone experience this? If so, is there a fix?
Still a ripoff. The warranty starts when the truck was placed into service. So you're paying for three years of already covered components. A better deal would be to offer the extended warranty to start when the factory warranty ends.
