  1. CAFE Standard is History - Will the PowerBoost be cancelled

Knock on wood, but my 2023, 3.5 Liter, twin turbo, Power Boost is the best truck I’ve ever owned. Great gas mileage, tons of power, and outstanding ride, comfort and handling. I’m only shocked that Ford has not promoted this vehicle more than they have.
  2. Vibration at 76-79 MPH that goes away above and below those speeds, 2025 Lariat Powerboost

This response may or may not have anything to do with it. I have noticed the same subtle vibration and have observed it happening when I drift a bit close to the center line. When I drift away from the center line, it seems to stop. Is it possible that this issue is associated with the...
  3. Michelin Defender LTX MS2 Buyers Remorse Based on Looks Only

I have to agree a bit on the looks. However, these tires probably saved my wife’s and my life on a recent road trip to the Midwest vs a semi tractor trailer. These tires provide superior ride and handling.
  4. Michelin Defender LTX MS2 or BFG Trail Terrain T/A or Bridgestone Dueler A/T Ascent??

I know they’re pricey, but I moved to Michelin‘s about 10 years ago and pretty much consider nothing else. Can’t beat the longevity and the smooth ride, since I mostly drive in town and highway. Had number of sets on my old F150 and my wife’s Edge and will soon replace the stock Hankooks on my...
  5. Michelin Defender LTX MS2 or BFG Trail Terrain T/A or Bridgestone Dueler A/T Ascent??

The only tire I’ll buy anymore, is Michelin. Used to try to go cheaper, but the ride quality and longevity can’t be beat. They’ve been awesome on my old F150 and my wife’s vehicles. I’m ready to replace the stock Hankooks on my 2023 F150. I can’t believe the amount of edge wear on the stock...
  6. Can anyone get 20+mpg [updated on 23 Oct]

I have a 23 Power Boost Lariat with just shy of 30,000 miles. I am leaving from Upland CA down to San Clemente CA for a football game, about 65 miles. I plan on getting over 26 miles per gallon with a combination of stop & go and 80 mph driving. It’ll be just over 22 miles per gallon on the way...
  7. 2025 Marsh Gray?

Have you considered the color “Avalanche“?
  8. Powerboost or RamCharger

I’m a Ford guy, so my comment might be a bit biased. Extremely happy with my 2023 Ford F150 Power Boost with the 3.5 L twin turbo. Very happy with the mileage and the power. Currently have just under 30,000 miles with two extended trips to the Midwest the past two summers.
  9. 120 V options

Thanks so much for your reply. I’m looking at getting a small cooler for road trip type usage. And since I have the 120 outlets on the front dash and the backseat area, there’s really no need for any type of 12 V system needed for the cooler.
  10. 120 V options

This is a lazy question, but I’m going to ask it anyway. Any issues with using the 120 V outlets in the cabin of the truck while driving/operating to power an electric cooler for example?
  11. Should I Buy a 24 F-150?

Love my 23 F150 Lariat Power Boost, 3.5 L twin turbo hybrid. Great mileage and awesome performance.
  12. We all drive race trucks! 0-60 Battle: 2024 3.5 EcoBoost vs. 5.0 F-150

The 3.5 Power Boost is faster than both of them
  13. OEM tires wore out pretty quick

I am convinced that new vehicle tires are softer than aftermarket tires toward promoting customer satisfaction regarding comfort and performance, etc. Thus, they wear more quickly. This has been my experience with every new vehicle I’ve ever purchased, including my 2023 F150 Power Boost...
  14. Engine Cover Removal- 2023 F150 Power Boost

Thanks so much! I appreciate your response tremendously!
  15. Engine Cover Removal- 2023 F150 Power Boost

I see tons of information/commentary online regarding the pros/cons of removing my Power Boost's engine cover, but nothing about how. What I would like to know is, "how do I remove the engine cover from my 2023 F150 Power Boost?" Combined with the height of the vehicle, it is nearly impossible...
  16. PowerBoost MPG - WTH??

It’s not uncommon for me to get between 25 and 27 mpg‘s at highway speed (65-75 mph). I have yet to equal that in Eco mode unless I’m driving under 50 miles an hour. Eco mode at highway speed will not give you strong MPG in my experience. I have a 2023 power boost Lariat and still trying to...
  17. Bed liner vs bed mat

I did the spray in bedliner, and then added a full bed rug and love it. The rug provides slip resistance and padding and is easily removable. It’s approximately 3/8 to 1/2 inch thick and is mold, resistant, etc. I think it cost me about $110. I purchased from a local tire/wheel shop that also...
  18. Sport Mode AWD to Normal Mode 2WD

Thanks for the feedback! Thanks for the response. Much appreciated.
  19. Sport Mode AWD to Normal Mode 2WD

Has anyone else experienced the issue of switching from “sport mode” with AWD (while at a stop) to “normal mode” and the vehicle remaining in AWD instead of transitioning to 2WD?
  20. Perrelli Scorpion 275 55 20 tires. On my 2021 King Ranch

I have never experienced great tire tread life on a new vehicle. I just assumed the car manufacturers ordered and installed (from tire manufacturers) a softer grade of tire on new vehicles toward creating an improved test drive and new owner experience. I have no proof of this, but I always...
