DRL had been out since June 2023. Was replaced Sep 29th 2023 and have ~7k miles driven since replacement without any issues.
I work in the oil fields and the truck is put thru the ringer no doubt. The only issues I've had have been software related and phantom battery drain.

Update was OTA. I pushed back on the dealer on paying deductible since it was Fords own software bug to no avail. Took 3 full days just to diagnose and replace headlight with the part in stock...what a joke.
Yes. The dealer thinks it was caused by a previous bad BCM update. They were pretty vague about the situation which makes me think they didn't actually know what caused the issue.
Anyhow, they had to replace the entire headlight assembly. I'm already at 75k miles to which my extended warranty...
Still hasn't been to the dealer. Apt was over a month out which turned out to be a blessing as now I am having a frozen infotainment system about every single time I drive. Will be taken to dealer in a couple of weeks.
Partially out passenger side DRL on quad beam LED headlight. I know other threads have associated this issue with a previous bad BCM update, but what ended up being the remedy here? Is replacing the module the only fix? If so, what does that entail? I can't get into the dealer as they are weeks...
