Mines been doing it also since the new updates. Does it a lot when putting it in reverse. Sometimes it completely freezes up and have to reset it. During phone call I get no sound also

My truck is doing the same thing. Glitches out when connected to carplay, no sound thru speaker during a phone call sometimes. It freeze up and makes buzzing noise sometimes when putting it in reverse all started after the update I got on may 1st. Has anyone been to ford to get this fixed or...
