I had the same problem back ordered since February with no date on arrival, I just used my old after market prodigy TBC from my 2008 f150. It just required a new wiring harness from etrailer, 20 bucks for harness. Super easy to install just find the Grey 4 wire plug on the wall left of brake...

I Did some research on my Takata TBC and found a wiring harness for 20 bux that mated perfectly to trucks wiring harness, tested and it works perfectly!

Thanks for reaching out, not sure the differences but ford dealer told me to order TBC ending in AB.
