  1. Fordpass; start/lock/unlock not working, everything else fine

EDIT: WORKING AGAIN. Not sure what was going on, but sounds like I wasn't the only one.
  2. Fordpass; start/lock/unlock not working, everything else fine

Reloaded the app last night, so most up-to-date. iOS but not 18 yet. I've had the truck for two years and never experienced an app fail WITHOUT an accompanying failure of approach behaviour, so it's good to know they can be independent. And I've tried using both cellular and wifi. Hoping it...
  3. Fordpass; start/lock/unlock not working, everything else fine

Relieved to hear (though sucks for you). The fact that running boards and lights activate as I approach is my indication (though not a guarantee) that I have a full charge. It’s warm and truck is in daily use. But no, I don’t have anything to measure my battery with. Jamie
  4. Fordpass; start/lock/unlock not working, everything else fine

Yeah, I’m familiar with that, happens often in winter after light use. But in this case I’ve not lost those features. BUT remote lock did come back. App tells me simply “unable to start vehicle” as opposed to the occasional deep sleep warning (say, after returning from vacation). Key FOB start...
  5. Fordpass; start/lock/unlock not working, everything else fine

In the last 24 hours, I've lost the ability to start/lock/unlock via the Fordpass app. BUT, can still pull up location, mileage and tire pressure (which correspond with what's on the dash). So clearly the truck is communicating. Deleted app and reinstalled, no help. Any ideas? Do not want to...
  6. One day with new truck, then 30 days stuck in service. Massive thunk when transitioning to gas engine <30 mph.

That's a good question about the warranty. I didn't pursue. What really irritated me was making my first payment at a time that I didn't even have the truck and had only had a single day with it. But my guess is Ford Finance is pretty walled off from dealerships, so I didn't feel like battling...
  7. One day with new truck, then 30 days stuck in service. Massive thunk when transitioning to gas engine <30 mph.

Found the paperwork. I'll quote: "...found sometimes pump pressure will spike and sometimes will climb to 14 PSI and stay there and other times will slowly drop and pump will kick on like trying to hold pressure and bleeding down compare to a like vehicle and does not do the same thing further...
  8. One day with new truck, then 30 days stuck in service. Massive thunk when transitioning to gas engine <30 mph.

2023 F150 Plat Hybrid. Brand new. Within the first hour of ownership, there would be a significant thunk anytime the gas engine came back on below 30 mph (so, third gear or lower). Very pronounced, akin to running over a small curb. Check engine light would subsequently light, and transmission...
