Thank you and very interesting. My '23 Ford Lightning ER has a couple of warranty minor items but the big thing is the current total Lightning 30+ day shut down due to battery problems. Please share the 'how to' of a buy back - how is it done & can you share a Ford corporate contact if you used one - thank you. And yes the last 2 years especially Ford has had far more complaints than any other car manufacturer.- Dr. Authentic
