Our Expedition has it on all four doors. And, like you mention, it is molded into the handle and is more responsive than the black button on my F150. I've gotten used to just hitting the bottom two buttons on the keypad to lock the truck instead of trying to get that black button to respond.

Update: picked it up today. I wasn’t able to talk to the service advisor but the ticket says a new screen was installed. Screen flicker is fixed! Truck was completely reset so it’s like brand new.

Dealer has had the truck for a week. They just received “parts” and I will hopefully get it back tomorrow. The service advisor mentioned a new screen. Hopeful the issue is fixed soon!

I might have to become a real squeaky wheel with my dealer before warranty is up.

I hadn’t noticed about the audio dB. I’ll investigate that further.
