This doesn't help if you have a topper, plus it blanks out all of the other music/phone features. I am buying an aftermarket digital rear view camera mirror.

I have the same 22 XLT PB with PTBA. The sensor lock fails every time the sticker is backed into a shady intermittent sunshine area. Like an area mostly (partly) shaded from the sun by tree leaves. Is this what happens to you?
