    I chatted with Ford and was given the railcar # With Norfolk Southern Corp. l’ve been tracking the railcar since Saturday. Kind of neat to follow it this way. Truck was built 11/28. Ford tracker show shipped with no date next to it. The order track tracker still shows in production.

    I did too switched to assist and got a build date.

    I ordered it and on dealers daily report kept showing my order was LOCKED? There were 6 trucks that showed this. They called ford and rep said all these trucks had 360active selected and said if we changed to 360assist that would probably change status. Ordered 8/15

    I ended up finding out. It has something to do with blue cruise. Dealer called someone with ford because they had 5trucks on order with locked? He recommended switching to assist to get it built faster.
