Same issue here. I just had a "Gateway Module Reconfiguration" recall completed yesterday, hoping that this would solve the issue......it did not. I am also not impressed with all of the advertised functionality of the technology in the truck.

dealer is ordering the plugs assembly for the back of the truck. Apparently that is what is defective

Got my truck a week ago, and my pro power onboard has not worked since day 1. System indicates that it is on and running, but no voltage at the plugs.

Question for those of you that have installed the OEM liners. Have you also installed mud flaps? Installed at same time? I am assuming that the liners and flaps might use some of the same attachment holes? Thanks!

It was the power folding and telescoping tow mirrors for me. Couldn’t get those on the XLT, otherwise I would have probably gone that way. I am happy that I upgraded, now just waiting for my truck to be built.
