Might be your lucky day as I ordered two.....one part number from Tasca and another part number through another vendor and expecting to receive the second one next week. If it the second one is the same you can buy it from me if you are still looking.

I got lucky on the clock spring and found a new open box one on eBay with the stalk for $120.
