Does anyone know the shop process to complete this repair and what is actually required to do the repair? My part has finally arrived (ordered May 12) and now my dealership is giving me the run around about getting the repair done.

Any idea if the heat exchanger is the Same part on the 2021 and 2022 powerboost? If so, why are the parts not available when I assume they are still building new trucks that have this part?

Truck goes into limp mode when towing but it’s inconsistent and doesn’t occur consistently, dash warning shown here. Dealer thinks it is the heat exchanger but have been waiting TWO MONTHS with no ETA on teh part. I’m not having any coolant leaks and the fluid levels are good so I am skeptical...
