I know this thread is long dead, but figured I’d close it out in case anyone else is having the same problem. Turns out that after literally MONTHS of dealer butt-scratching they finally decided to throw a few software updates at the truck and hope for the best. Somehow, that actually appears...
I know this is an old thread but my ‘22 3.5 EB Tremor does the same thing. About to cross 23k miles and it’s no better or worse. 3 dealers have also told given me the wastegate speech…so…probably normal?
So, I was able to get a 50-page printout of all the codes the truck has been throwing since it was new and it seems to boil down to this group of codes when the issue has occurred:
U0401: INVALID DATA RECEIVED FROM ECM/PCM A
P1534: RESTRAINT DEPLOYMENT INDICATOR CIRCUIT
P061B: INTERNAL...
Thanks for the suggestion, I actually can’t recall if I switched to 4-low then to the appropriate mode, or the other way around. Would yours immediately wrench-it-up or would it take a while?
