I just had this exact same issue happen to me. Did you get a resolution on this. I have a dealer appointment next week, but would still Ike to know what the issue is so I can possibly let them know.

That actually looks really good. Mine is chrome and I’m not a big fan of chrome. May have to look at doing this.

Very quick just a couple of screws and light enough for one person to take off if needed.

Ford Tri Fold cover

Just got this a month ago. Added box cover, tinted windows, tailgate lettering, 7 inch antenna, 2 inch lift. Has a 6.5ft box which I don’t see many of here. Last pic is before the lift kit was installed.
