So, two days ago I got 2.8.3 through OTA. Still no Blue Cruise As best I can tell the dealership was only able to get me up to 2.6. I still do not have Blue Cruise, but do have an expiration date of 10/09/2022 showing in “about SYNC” which does not make any sense if the first year is supposed...

I am having the same problem. Tech said FDRS shows everything updated, yet no blue cruise showing in sync “about” screen and it is obviously not working. Tomorrow will be the fourth day they have had it. I can definetely see that the tech is frustrated. I’ll update if I get a resolution.

Looks like another Platinum without the wood trim on the upper glovebox and the instrument cluster. All of the pics (including the ones on this thread) and videos I’ve looked at until now have had it in both those places, but I am still waiting on my Platinum to be built so maybe Ford changed...

Send Albert an email. If you can swing going up there to pick it up it will be significantly lower then anything else out there...he was about 2k under invoice pricing before any ford incentives at all on a Platinum build for me. That was close to 9k under MSRP including the Ford incentives...
