Thank you @KirkBay ! Just scheduled an appointment with a local Ford dealer to have my transmission diagnosed and hopefully repaired. I've been told that it can take up to 4 days to troubleshoot the transmission, and there is a TSB to reflash the PCM for the shifting issue. We shall see!
