I finally got some traction when I started emailing C level executives. They won’t reply but they forward to manager/ higher level CS people.
It’s still not done and they’re still being dicks but I got a new APIM and BCM so they must have done something in the background to expedite the parts...
lol I’m usually not so level headed but in this case I’m not sure what yelling could accomplish. If it’s not fixed tomorrow they’ll lose the nice guy and have to deal with a real prick of a lawyer.

The latest promise is everything will be completed tomorrow. That’s the deadline for me. If they’re truly done tomorrow I’ll just keep the truck and move on. If not I’m not going to engage with corporate any longer and I’m calling a lawyer.
It’s just so crazy. It seems like they’ve really doubled down on allowing junk to roll off the line to keep things rolling and relying heavily on the service center network to pick up the slack.
Yeah possibly but the real aggressions stuff hasn’t happened recently. It’s just been bad attitudes lately.
The problem is you don’t know when they’re really going to go off until after the fact so maybe it would be good to just record everything.
So, I thought remote start didn’t start either but there is actually a specific process you have to follow to make it work. I believe you have to press the door lock once and then remote start. Press more than once it won’t work. I also think you have to press lock even if it’s already locked...
I’m in GA. It’s officially a lemon BUT they will not give me back what I paid for it. On top of that prices have increased significantly. Unless they did some kind of customer retention swap I’m never going to get the same thing.

I had a 2019 Ram 1500 Longhorn that I loved but I traded it specifically for all the new tech in the F150 that Ram hasn’t caught up to yet. I wish I just kept my Ram. I always love jumping on new tech and expect a few hiccups but this is just too much.
