I have 2021 F150 Ecoboost XLT Sport. I modify the Tone and Fade settings and within a few days they go back factory settings. Has anyone seen this?

The camera in my tailgate came loose, looking thru a peep hole now. Have service scheduled, anyone else have this issue?
