Does anyone have an update on the low-pressure fuel pump recall? Has a repair solution or parts become available yet, or is Ford still developing the fix?

I swapped to a set of winter tires. But none of them equipped TPMS. My question is if I use Forscan to disable the TPMS function, when the spring come, I change over the tires, do I need to reprogram the sensors? or any suggestions please? Keep the orange sign on?
