    I always have my heater set to dual heat so my wife can control her temp and heated seat setting. I have to turn on the dual setting every time I start the vehicle. My 21 automatically stayed on whatever setting it was on when I shut the struck off, dual control and heated seat????

  3. Groaning noise when cruise is set and going up a hill.

    1 week old 2024 Platinum Hybrid. It makes a cyclical moan/groan anytime torque is applied up a hill. Doesn't really do it on level roads. Factory service rep is going to be at my dealership tomorrow, hope he has a fix. Anybody notice similar noises?
