I have a 2013 F150 xlt with the 3.5 ecoboost. I purchased the hood light strip from Silverholder but having a hard time figuring out where and how to install it since the grill is attached to the hood. Can someone please help before it drives me crazy!!!

I have a 2013 F150 3.5 and my engine light came on and has started making a rattling/knocking sound I guess you could call it. Put it on the scanner and says oxygen sensor. Will that cause the sound that started from out of nowhere?
