I removed this from my 2025 Platinum Plus. I don't need it. It is only useful if you either don't lower the gate or if you have the Pro Access Tailgate. All parts included. Fairly simple install. $150 includes shipping via UPS in the CONUS. No returns.
This came out of my new 2025 Platinum Plus. My truck has the four bolts coming up out of the rear floor that this storage bin bolts to. There are shims that go under the storage bin. The shims and nuts are underneath the caps that cover the bolts/nuts. There is a pic of it open and folded. It's...
I've looked around but not found anything yet. I'm looking for this same wheel in the 20" version 20x9 44 offset. My wife and I like the wheel style, but would like a little more tire and a little less wheel.
These have less than 500 miles on them if anyone wants to talk trade.
I had my 2023 matte wrapped.... just curious if there have been many matte wraps showing up here with the 24-25 models. I'm scheduling my 25 Plus carbon gray for the Xpel matte wrap. I'll post pics once done.
I am considering trading my 2023 Platinum in on a 2024 Raptor. My only concern is how quiet the Raptor is compared to the Platinum. I have not had a chance even to drive a Raptor because no dealer near me has had one. I can drive a few hours and test drive one, but before I make the trip, I'm...
Figuring a complete PPF wrap seems to run $6,000-$8500 for an F150, what should someone expect on the finish. Would the following be tolerable or would you want the pieces repaired or replaced? There is some vinyl, but mostly matte PPF.
2023 Platinum... PPF installer says I should have the black trim that covers the entire channel on each side of the truck, but only the rear channel is covered. Anyone else missing this trim?
Here is the back on the passenger side.
Here's the front... and it looks rough, like it should be...
On my last truck when I was removing the lift blocks and replacing the leaf spring u-bolts, I had to remove the nut in the image below to lift up that lever arm so that I could get the u-bolt up and off of the spring. It is only on the drivers side. Obviously, it moves up and down for some...
I noticed the instrument panel RPM and MPH readings shrunk when I was using the navigation system. I really like it better like this. It's not so bulky looking, and it moves the readings down lower where I can see them better under the steering wheel, plus it moves the speed limit to the bottom...
Installed the Ford mud guards, which look really nice, but when we got on the interstate running 70mph... those were the noisiest guards we've ever heard. The front kept making a popping noise every few minutes. If we slowed down to 55-60... no issue, but I guess that much pressure against them...
I've begun to notice a slight bump/knock in the transmission when I start to go up a hill, and it downshifts from 10th gear to 9th gear. Is this normal or something I should have the dealer service department look at?
I know what I said... my wife and a few others have reminded me several times. "This will be my last one." "I'm not doing it again." "The factory system sounds fine... going to leave it in there." "Too lazy to do it any longer." Excuses and procrastination galore! I guess I just can't stand it...
I have about 20 tools to pry with, and I can't get any of them wedged don't in between the dash and speaker grill/cover. I even tried the angled pick, but it would have torn the perforation had I continued to pull on it.
Any ideas short of mutilating the cover and buying new ones?
Granted... in the grand scheme of things, if you are buying this processor, you are likely spending several thousands of dollars to upgrade your system, but just as I always try to find deals on equipment, etc., I'm curious if there are any sellers out there letting these go for less. I assume...
