Noticed my 2023 Powerboost seems to be targeting 80% charge on the 12v based on the reduction in charging amps. I thought this was the old strategy before the update?

Does anyone know if the black outer ring on these sensors is part of the bumper, the sensor or a separate part? I can't tell when I tried to look for the part. Edit: I guess this is a separate part? The bezel? And it has to be painted if it's replaced?
