Hey everyone,
I need some advice on a transmission issue with my 2022 F-150 (10R80 transmission). The truck has 26,000 miles, has never been used for towing, and has only seen light driving.
Lately, ive been dealing with a harsh shifting when cold from 1st to 2nd gear. Im concerned it...
I have a ‘22 Lariat with the fox leveling kit and 34’s (Falken Wildpeaks) on 20’s. The ride is harsher than i was expecting, bounces over bumps and rides like you’d expect a truck to ride.
I understand the LT tires are the major contributor to the ride. If i want to keep them, but make the...
I have a ‘22 F150 Lariat with 20” fuel wheels/leveled. I’ve had 295/60/20 Nitto ridge grapplers on it for the past 6 months, but do not like the wet/slick performance, or the rough ride with with E rated tire.
I’m looking into replacing them with Toyo AT3’s, and they offer the same size i...
Anyone got a good recommendation on a 3 peak rated all terrain tire that’s around 295/60-20 or larger and either SL or XL load rated? Not E.
Running nearly new Ridge Grapplers and they’ve been horrible in slick conditions. Was looking at Toyo AT3’s, but I’d go down to 285/55/20 for their SL tire.
Anyone know what the main difference are between the two motors? I’ve read that past trucks ‘17-20 had differences in pistons/compression ratio/turbos…but I’m curious if that still applies to the 21+ trucks? Or is the main difference just the tune??
My ‘22 Lariat is currently leveled with 20” fuel wheels and 295/60/20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. They don’t seem to handle well in slick conditions, and I’m wanting something safer for icy/snowy roads heading up to a mountain home in the winter.
i see nothing but great reviews of the Bridgestone...
I have a ‘22 Lariat with a Fox leveling kit (adjusted the beams) and have increased the brightness with Forscan on the DRL LEDs to 80%.
At night the LED DRL’s definitely look bright but not blinding to me. I seem to get flashed from oncoming drivers often though, and was curious if others...
I haven’t seen a ton of results from people on here with 5 star tunes on newer trucks and was curious if it’s worth the money? I only have 91 octane where i live, and the truck isn’t used for towing much. Mainly road-trips/city.
Anyone have any recent feedback with the new F150 BMS/battery drain issues? I have a 22 Lariat, that i purchased new. Within the first 6 months, i received the error battery low through the ford app…dealership said a cell in the battery was bad and replaced it 3 months ago.
last 3 months i...
I have a ‘22 Lariat and had the fox leveling kit put on a few months ago. I’ve noticed since installing that the adaptive cruise is very jerky and isn’t anywhere near as smooth as it was before the level when approaching a vehicle in front of you. Can this be adjusted with programming at the...
I’ve read a good amount about the performance tunes from 5 star, and am curious if anyone with the latest Gen f150 has any feedback they can provide? Is the difference between stock, 87 and 91 octane tune noticeable? Also how did you tune these now? I heard you have to access the computer under...
I’ve been looking at the 5 star tune for my ‘22 F150 3.5 ecoboost. It looks like there are 2 options, either their tune with the bundled SCT X4 device for $700, or just the tune for $170, and you have to buy the SCT X4 for $300… am i missing anything?
I just had the Fox 2.0 leveling kit installed on my ‘22 Lariat 502a. I’m getting a headlight malfunction error since i haven’t relocated the ride height sensor which apparently assists with headlight leveling.
is there a kit or DIY to relocate this to the proper position - after a level?
I have a '22 F150 Lariat SuperCrew, and have been on the fence between leveling the truck with the Fox kit - with 305/55/20's, or going with a quality 6" Lift, like the BDS... I'm curious to hear from people with experience on both options?
It Looks like the BDS Performance Elite kit is $1000...
I have a new ‘22 f150 lariat with the 3.5, and noticed coolant on the driveway yesterday… appears to be dropping down through the skid plate, on the right side under the motor. Truck has 3000 miles… any recalls or people seeing these issues at all on the new trucks?
