I installed a 1.5" front leveling kit. While measuring what I actually got out of it I noticed there is a 1" rake side to side with the drivers side being taller. I didn't measure both sides before the level kit, So I don't know if it was always like this. Is this 1" side to side tilt normal?

Does anyone know how to take apart the lid for the work surface? Have a tear in the leather I want to get repaired. Don't see any screws, Some of the pull tabs I can pry open enough to see are in sideways?? Any help would be appreciated.
